To ensure you remain supported, Amplify Travel offer a travel concierge service meaning you are allocated one of our team members to support you during your stay if you require it.
As all travel agents, we book everything on your behalf and trust that the providers you’ve been booked into will provide the service that they have promised.

If they cannot offer a solution, the Amplify Team are available through our Travel Concierge to step in and assist.
If things don’t go to plan our team can move accommodation providers, change care providers or re-arrange days and times of support, change or exchange equipment provided or move tours and book additional options to ensure goals are achieved whilst away.
In full transparency, please keep in mind that the Travel Concierge is an additional service that we offer and is based on $50 per hour fee which will be added to your package and invoiced following the completion of your stay.
